Our Programs

We work in two ways: teaching the skills people need to plan what comes next, and covering the practical costs that stand in the way of getting there.

Program One

Community Learning

Everyone deserves a place to learn, ask questions, and plan what comes next. Our Community Learning program offers free workshops and classes open to anyone in the community.

Sessions cover the practical skills and big questions that come with building a future: exploring careers, setting goals, speaking up for what you need, managing money, and preparing for life after school or during a career change. Workshops are hands-on and discussion-based, and every participant brings their own experience and ideas to the room.

We also share free guides and tools that people can use on their own time, at their own pace.

There is no cost to attend and no prerequisites. Come as you are.

What Sessions Cover

The practical skills and big questions that come with building a future.

Exploring Careers

Setting Goals

Turning what you want into steps you can actually take.

Speaking Up

Asking for what you need and making your case with confidence.

Managing Money

Program Two

Direct Support

Sometimes the thing standing between a person and their next step is concrete: a laptop for coursework, the fee for a certification exam, clothes for an interview, or a way to get to a training program. Our Direct Support program provides need-based grants to cover these practical costs when no other source is available.

How It Works

Anyone working toward education, employment, or greater independence can apply. Applications are reviewed by an independent committee using clear, published criteria, and whenever possible we pay vendors directly so support reaches you without extra steps.

Every grant is funded by the generosity of people who believe in what you are building.
