Our Story
Narrative Now Inc. was founded in 2022 — originally incorporated as Achieve to Lead Inc. — with a simple conviction: that everyone deserves access to meaningful learning experiences, regardless of background, age, or prior education.
In 2025, we completed a legal name change to Narrative Now Inc. to better reflect our mission and the work ahead. The name speaks to what we believe: that every person carries a narrative worth developing, and that the act of learning is itself a form of storytelling — a way of writing the next chapter.
Based in New York City, we create community learning experiences that bring people together around curiosity, culture, and the shared desire to grow.

Our programs are neurodivergent-affirming and built to be accessible to people of all abilities, including people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We don't build separate spaces. We build better ones — where every person in the room can participate, contribute, and succeed.
Leadership
Joseph Amodeo
Founder and President
Joseph is the founder of Narrative Now Inc. and the creator of The Grove. With a background in adult education, coaching, and community-based programming, he's passionate about building learning experiences that bring people together. He founded Narrative Now, because he believes the richest classrooms are the ones where people from different backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life learn alongside each other — and that great instructors are the ones who are genuine experts in their subjects and who care deeply about making learning engaging and accessible for everyone in the room.
